Supplement to press release issued on 13 march 2013

Porcari (Lucca), 18 March 2013 – As a supplement to the press release published on 13 March 2013, SNAI S.p.A. announces, on behalf of Mr. Stefano Bortoli, that the latter signed the consensual termination agreement since he is interested in evaluating new personal prospects.

Therefore, Mr. Bortoli will resign as Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Company as of the end of the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statement as of 31.12.2012.
