In the Snaitech Group, we work every day to create a positive working environment: a commitment undertaken for years and one that is transversal to all the member companies of the Group. The latter, while respecting the specificity and diversity of the different departments and structures, have the same vision of development for their resources. We are always trying to improve ourselves and provide specific responses to the needs of our colleagues, interpreting the changes arising from a constantly evolving social context, in order to guarantee each member of our team opportunities for improvement and growth.

In January 2023 we signed a supplementary company contract dedicated to Snaitech employees, which includes important interventions on:

  • Contribution towards the enrolment of children up to three years old in preschool, with the aim of economically supporting and encouraging women to return to the world of work
  • Additional leave for women who are victims of gender-based violence
