Marco Codella joins SNAI S.p.A. as Chief Financial Officer Porcari

Porcari (Lu) - october 28, 2011 – SNAI S.p.A. announced that Marco Codella will join the Company as CFO, reporting directly to CEO Stefano Bortoli.

Codella will be responsible for managing the financial strategy for SNAI Group and its operating business.

Marco Codella, that brings more than 25 years of financial experience and a strong financial background developed within International groups, holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Economics from the University of Rome (Italy).
