At a meeting held today, SNAI S.p.A.’s Board of Directors has finalized the calendar of the company’s Corporate Events for year 2013.

Approval by the Board of Directors of the SNAI Group’s Consolidated Financial Statement and SNAI S.p.A.’s Financial Statement as of and for period ended 31 December 2012
- Friday 26 April 2013
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, to be called in a single session (reference is made to Art. 2369 of the Italian Civil Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 27 of 27 January 2010 as amended by Legislative Decree 91 of 18 June 2012); presentation of SNAI Group’s Consolidated Financial Statement as of and for period ended 31 December 2012 and approval SNAI S.p.A.’s Financial Statement as of and for period ended 31 December 2012

Approval by the Board of Directors of the Interim Financial Report as of and for period ended 31 March 2013
- Wednesday 31 July 2013
Approval by the Board of Directors of the consolidated Half-year Financial Report as of and for period ended 30 June 2013
- Tuesday 5 November 2013
Approval by the Board of Directors of the Interim Financial Report as of and for period ended 30 September 2013
Subject to any regulatory provisions that may be issued in the meantime by Consob, the Company will make available the draft Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement for the Group as of and for period ended 31 December 2012 and the Half-year Financial Report as of and for period ended 30 June 2013, approved by the Board of Directors, respectively, within 90 days of the end of the year and within 60 days of the end of the first half of 2013.
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the annual Financial Statement as of and for period ended 31 December 2012 is scheduled, as mentioned above, for 26 April 2013 which meeting will be called in a single session. Additional meetings may be scheduled with the financial community and media for thepresentation of the financial results for the period.
Any changes to the foregoing dates will be announced to the market in a timely manner.
